Committee members meeting with Thomas Griffin and Ryan Collier from Consort. Monday 13 January.
Some of the committee members met with Ryan Collier the Senior Property Manager and Thomas Griffin who is the new Manager of the Odyssey Development.
It was a very useful evening. Thomas had prepared a comprehensive list of improvements that have already been put in place and a list of ongoing measures.
Thomas and Ryan are also hoping to have a full residents meeting over the next few months.
A set of minutes is up on the Wiki section. Link here: http://www.theodysseye14.co.uk/wiki/...
Update On Residents Meeting on 12 November
There was a really good turnout of residents at the meeting.
Members of the committee were able to give updates on progress and meetings with Consort management.
Some of the committee members are hoping to organise a social event for all residents in December.
Full overview of discussion points from the meeting are posted in the WIKI section: "Meeting Agendas and Minutes"
RESIDENTS MEETING 12 NOVEMBER
We are holding a residents meeting upstairs at Yokoso (the restaurant in Orion) on 12 November at 7:30pm.
This is an opportunity to meet the Odyssey Residents Committee, hear an update from us and also discuss any issues you wish to raise.
The restaurant has agreed to host this meeting, free of charge, on the understanding that people will buy a drink or two. So, this an ideal time to meet neighbours, have a chat and swap information.
We hope to see you there.
News Update 18 October 2013
The Residents Association committee have been informed that Peter Anderson is leaving and that a new manager has been interviewed and will be in post hopefully by the middle of November.
In the interim, Ryan Collier, who some of you may have met, will be overseeing the development.
There is a new cleaning schedule being issued. It should be on noticeboards by the end of the day. Ryan indicated to me that feedback from residents would be useful as to how this works.
